Bad The pillows were all Lumpy one of the restaurant that we went and was the cafe we ordered food by the time we got our food it was cold horrible they made his pay eighty bucks for food that we did not even eat or touch cuz it was cold the manager refused to help us and when we got a room there was no towels in there our neighbors got locked out their kids were running around banging on our door when I went down to talk to the manager again they refuse to help us

The first night the cafe of yours got me so sick they called a medic and then I didn’t feel like goi The parking was convienent The carnage’s cafe got me sick I ordered French dip and salad and had to call the medic and they didn’t come make your bed every day with new sheets and towels you had to call

Laughlin opening up. Give staff a break. They are doing their best.Be patient No coffee maker. Tub had crack and drain wouldn't stay open. Your beds are exceptionally comfortable. We'll be back. Beds beds beds. Boat parking. You have the best bagels . That Staff were extremely friendly can helpful. We need to give them more credit. They just opened up. It's been only a week.

Very Poor The room was dirty when we arrived at the room. Soda can sticky on the table and short hairs in the bathtub. Yes, i took photos! I called front desk a few times from our room and kept being put on hold for several minutes and then the phone would disconnect. I ended up walking down to the front desk, since i wasn't able to speak to the front desk over the phone. The line was super long. After a long day (13+ hours) of driving, I was exhausted. First Time Here. EVERYTHING gone wrong! We booked a non-smoking room and when we checked-in, they said they only had smoking. I don't smoke and had my kids with me so that was an issue. They said they would put me in a "VIP" room. It was still a smoking room but said it shouldn't be bad because it was "VIP". The way to the elevator was far, weirdly through the casino and "uphill". Tough when you have a lot of luggage. We entered the room and it hadn't been cleaned. I should have taken pictures. There were towels on the bathr... read more

Poor Had to get a smoking room when we don’t smoke. Gave us the wrong room number so when we went to our room card didn’t work. I called from the phone to let them know told me they would send security. Waited 20 mins nothing. Had to call again for front desk to tell us we had to go change the cards cause we were given the wrong room. (So inconvenient when you have luggage) Had to practically beg for towels. Called Friday night nothing, called again Saturday night told us in 1 hr nothing had to call a third time Sunday morni... read more

Fair Please update rooms with charging ports for devices and a mini fridge much needed in Hot environment. The room was clean but we got a much better deal via a web site than the hotel.

Bad Getting into the room it was hot. The AC was not getting cold. I called 3 times in 2 days. No one ever came to fix it. The elevators weren’t working or it was to congested to keep up with the guests. Had to take the stairs several times. They are under staffed. We waited 2 hours for clean towels. N/A
