I would stay here if it were over night and nothing was avail. But other than that I wouldn’t recomm I liked the Cleanliness of the room. All was okay. I just think the rooms could be updated. I was upset that I had to pay 216.00 to have an ancient room with noooo fridge. Also need to set some money aside to open up a new pool. This pool gets disgustingly full. I could never enjoy my stay and just lounge in a pool to relax because it is always overly compacted and not just because of COVID it’s ALWAYS like that.
The rooms were very dirty and the complementary water was open The room smelled the restroom toilet was running water al Very dirty The staff was very friendly and outgoing

Bad Horrible service, bars were closed so had to gamble to get drinks. Waitresses were so rude. We went to eat at the cafe and the food was horrible service wasn’t the greatest. It took forever to get our food. My family and I have been staining at the Tropicana’s for years and never had issues. It was clean

Horrible hotel. Do not stay there. The entire stay was horrible. There was human feces all down the hall on the floor we stayed. The worst thing about it was we contacted the front desk and they said they were in the middle of switching shifts and left the human feces there for about 1 hour. Absolutely nothing.

No ahí un refrigerador pequeño en los cuartos, ni tampoco cuenta con balcón en los cuartos ... Gracias ! No ahí refrigerador pequeño en los cuartos y no son Tan grandes los cuartos y por cuestión del COVID 19 no ahí house keeper! Tu limpias tu cuarto por ti mismo Buena recepción y buen estacionamiento para los autos
Bad Toilet had urine on it room had Cheetos and food on the side of beds like they had not cleaned the room shampoo bottle had already been used wow not I had a not good birthday experience
