Disappointing I didn’t like how they chose the room for me I specifically wanted a certain room and they just gave me whatever was available I was not happy about that, I also wanted a bathtub which I didn’t get so I would not get a room there ever again
Disappointing The sheets were dirty and looked like they had not been washed.

Bad experience Got here at normal check in time. The room i went to was not clean.. It was disgusting. Very hard to get a drink while gaming as well. Nothing

In the beginning the front desk lady almost mess up our stay in tropicana but thank god i never saw Front desk lady was too rude,young lady,she was laughing in front of us,the lady when we do the check in! Front desk lady was too rude,young lady,she was laughing in front of us!
Staff needs more customer service skills Staff was rude from check in. Location was great

Fair... would probably stay again. Old looking...duct tape holding down carpet...bathroom could have been cleaner! You could have loosened up the shot machines too! Location and cost..

Not coming back to this hotel going elsewhere During the stay our neighbor was making to much noise and kids were banging the walls we didn't sleep well. We got pizza for dinner it was not great at all very disappointed Location was great thats all.
