Fair The dealer at the table would say u lost even if u win had to explain twicehen I won should have better dealers Room was nice and cold bed was comfortable

Holiday madness Our carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, the sink filled with water due to hair being wrapped around the drain, remote needed new batteries, lines everywhere especially the elevators. Social distancing was a joke. Ghetto people leaving trash in parking garage and the smell of weed everywhere. Won’t be recommending or staying again. When we checked in and got our key we went up to our room to find out I was given someone else was in there with a dog v Good restaurant Friendly staff

Fair Staff was very helpful when asking questions very welcoming.. Gambled and after getting up from each machine I, notice the staff were rite on it cleaning the slots which was nice for the next guess to use place was nice and clean .

Fair Guests I hallway were screaming and yelling I. Hallway. We could not sleep as people were very loud .

Not so good King room was a dump broken Countertops very out date not very clean bed was hard as a rock now suite I transferred to was nice and clean better bed but had to pay 150.00 a night more caulking almost no existing around tubs and Countertops shower heads need to be changed out they were clogged in some of the heads holes⁹. Not happy Food was excellent staff was great

Even though it was cheap, it still was far below the little expectations we had. No fridge, the ice machine and vending machines were all out. The room smelled and the bed was uncomfortable. The room amenities were very limited. Our family members room they were in flooded and the staff did very little to make up for it, to the point my family member went to another hotel for the rest of the stay. It was close to In N Out burger, and close to the center of the Laughlin strip.
