The stay was fine Someone kept on pulling the fire alarm, we seen a weed pipe on the floor going to the elevator The hotel is located near restraunts and other casinos and gas stations

Very bad stay will never come back Dirty room,coffee pot didnt work.charged for the refregirator.and chartered to use my debit card at Carnegie restaurants. Nothing,terrible stay

Bad First of all the room was very dirty. It had never been wiped down as far as dusting goes. The carpet had food and other things on in. The tube took at least 15 to 20 minutes to drain after a shower . I had booked for 2 nights however couldn't stand the dirt and other situations. I ask to get my money back for the second night and was refused. I am a travel agent with a company out of Scottsdale Az and will advise my clients not to book with this resort / casino. horrible stay Rooms were absolutely horrid..... stains on sheets, trash from previous guests, and we had 3 rooms all exactly the same problem!!!

I stayed for the price and that’s what I got. Not going to stay her again. Rooms were not clean. Carpet was old and coming up in areas. Not enough supplies given for bathroom. Will not return because of the state of the room. In the bathroom, there was no hand towels, Facial towels at all. Floor by the entrance of the bathroom was wet.

6/10 They had no microwave nor a mini fridge we had to go somewhere else to heat up our food plus the water bottles that they put in the room they were already opened it’s like they just refilled it with water from the sink and put them back The pillows they were comfortable
