Disappointing The shower handle which was heavy fell off and could have possibly injured someone's toes. The room door didnt not properly close, and needed to be pull closed tightly, returning to the room on two separate occasions was left open! Trash was found between beds and dresser upon first day entering.

Disappointment , below average rooms. Will not return. The room was not to our expection. Everything below average. Will not return . Nothing but the extra points for many gambling hours. Room service NOthing! Every thing low class. Will not return. Hostess Trace Crockett was wonderful. Had a wonderful meal at the Italian resturant and the waiter was excepitional. The cafe was below average.

A Waste of Money The A/C in our room only cooled to 78 degrees making it hard to sleep. Then the Housekeeping staff barged into our room at 8am... opened the door... and the very rude housekeeper said "Time to wake up and get out. I clean room now". Terrible! We arrived at 12 midnight and are told to get out 3 hours before check out. Unacceptable. We want a refund. Not much

Hotel/casino But room service needs a lot of work. 4 adults but would only give 2 towels . We had no hand towels or wash rags either. They need better food and they are way over priced. If I didn’t pay so much for my room than I wouldn’t complain about food prices. But their cafe has gone down hill and it was gross It was ok

Bad The restaurant was horrible 75& in food for bad service cold food and rude management, check in was 41/2 hours standing in line, room was dirty no one was friendly or Pleasent horrible experience Nothing
