Poor Staff was friendly and hotel was close to the lake The carpet was dirty , thin , old and wrinkled. The beds had dirty looking sheets n came off during my sleep since none of them were fitted.
Disappointing The long wait to check in was absurd and completely unprofessional
When we entered our room 2467, one of the sheets was really bad it looked like a old blood stain that had been washed ou The dirty sheet. It was terrible and quite noticeable why would somebody use that sheet it should’ve been thrown out The convenience of it being next-door to in and out and the amenities it has to offer inside.
Bad cleanliness of room during. this pandemic. completely disgusting. rooms were dirty, no maid service and front desk did nothing to compensate.
We wont be back at the Tropicana The room they put us in had not been updated and appearance since probably the 1970s. The carpet on the floor looked like bubbled up felt on an old pool table. The restaurants on site had a horrible food. The elevators did not accommodate the amount of guests at the hotel and you would have to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes to just simply taken elevator so we always had to take the stairs. Poor
We were not happy. The cost was more than the value of what we received and experienced. Front desk was not staffed according to the amount of people staying at the hotel. Elevators were not coordinated well. Location is where we needed. Rooms were available.
