we got what we paid for the carpet and overall facility is in need of an upgrade, there was no fridge in the room and no luggage cart readily available. Parking on the 5th floor carport was a bit inconvenient when your room is on 9th floor price was good , customer service and housekeeping staff was very good
Very Poor A/C didn't work, $200 a night for a king suite and no mini fridge. Nothing like the pictures. Pretty sad for what it cost me, very disappointing since this was the first time in over 15 years since we've been back to Laughlin. Not much

Very Poor Rooms were not cleaned. Considering everything going on you would think they would be extra thorough. It was Dusty. Trash and socks on floor from a previous guest & dirty sheets. I reserved 3 rooms all rooms 3 rooms were dirty. I do not see myself or family staying here again. The reason for our stay was the river so that is the only thing we enjoyed about our trip.

Not pleasant, and probably won't stay at Laughing Tropicana again. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were old and lumpy and on top of it, there were some kind of bugs in the room that bite my wife on the neck and on my back and me on my leg and my hand. And I now they were in the room because we woke up with the bites on Friday and on Saturday morning as well. The casino was ok.

No upgrade We were upgraded on booking.com but the problem is there is no place to be upgraded to at this resort. The tower is closed with the resort rooms. It’s not the resorts fault but the lack of communication with booking.com. The bad thing is you could actually pay for an upgraded room. That would be no good because you would only get the normal rooms. What a waste of money that would have been. We stay here all the time. It’s the best resort on the Laughlin strip.
