Bad I did not like that they attack my nephew opening his room .. We contact security and staff for what happend ... They did not act proffetional. I'm really disappointed we were there for our mini vacation with my family and kids. Not even a whole day when this happen. We were not safe in Tropical Hotel.. We check out next day at 6:00 am.

Not satisfied The carpet was full of dust, they did not clean the bathroom, I had to wipe it down, the bell boy John was not careful and dropped my hydroglass bottle and dent it and left behind some items Nothing

Will not stay again because of check in process. Took 2 and half hours to check in. Room was Clean and big.

awful food was microwaved, minimal choices of where to eat Security staff was rude and threatening. I will never stay at this facility again. Facility shops, slot machibes

Most horrible stay i will not return I had no house keeping. Room stood dirty all weekend ran out of toilet paper and the manager Cat (her name) said she will send someone up and no one ever showed up. Had dirty towels all weekend. Room was disgusting and ac didn't work so well.
