Disappointing Staff was very rude at front door, check in took over an hour and a half. Got to our room and there was a dirty sheet and dirty towel there that the maid forgot to pick up from the previous stay Front desk was friendly

Waited over an hour to check in only two people at counter then waited another 20-25 minutes to get on the elevator. By No fridge and microwave in room Parking for the boat and access to the 95

It was ok other than the checkin process. Checkin was excruciatingly SLOW. maybe 12 in line ahead of me. Was in line for over 2 hours. I've traveled all over the world & don't recall ever waiting longer to checkin. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. Liked the room.

So horrible This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had! We checked in the room & just put our stuff down & went to the pool so we didn’t check the room. We came back up to shower & 2 of the towels were stained/dirty! They brought new ones so we moved on & went back down to gamble. When we came back up ready to settle in we turned down the beds & one of them had dried up blood on the sheets & pillow!! We called down so upset & the staff member was so rude & said they don’t have any more non smoking rooms to move us ... read more

Disappointing Only had smoking room and the showers hot water didn’t work. It was just like warm and only Dribbled out. Horrible. Room 720 Not crowed

Bad There were lot of not so good experiences on our stay in this hotel. Registration was a nightmare first of all. Waited in line for only about 45 mins just to check in..Elevators in the parking were not working that we have to drag 4 coolers down to 1st floor the 5th (not cool). Try to request blanket and pillows and they do not have it. It was nightmare of a stay in this hotel. Will never recommend.. Nothing.

Bad This place was the worst place I ever stayed in Laughlin, in my first day I have to change over tree three different rooms because my first room was dusty and the bed was full of hairs the second room was even worse moldy and dirt, and if that's wasn't in off in the shower was a dirty old tooth brush, seem like been there for more than 5 years and the towels Omg with so many stains like nobody ever washed before!!!
