Good for a one night but nothing was opened only weekends A lot of stuff wasn’t opened the restaurant only on the weekends and gift shops not open until the weekend and more people travel on Weekdays. No free internet when sign says No pets! People still bring pets. It was clean inside in and out staff was really friendly.
Disappointing We had no cleaning service all entire stay, trash was over filled, I asked for non smoking rooms got room that reak with smoke Location

Bad I didn’t like the staffs attitude! They kept putting us in a room that hasn’t been cleaned( bed was slept in and really gross, carpets weren’t vacuumed, and bathroom wasn’t cleaned) and no shower curtains in all 3 rooms we were moved to. After the second room-move they told us to wait until the 3rd room would be cleaned, so I took my kids down to eat something and came back and my room key card didn’t work! Poor They didn't bring new towels & didn't clean the room . The AC wasn't that great.

Bad Father's Day the line was an hour or more long from 3:00 p.m. 10:10 p.m. I couldn't even wait in line kept coming back couldn't check in

The staff response time was awful. They did not clean our room each day. When I called to request extra towels & toi Staff was unresponsive & rude. When I called to ask why housekeeping never cleaned our room, they said new guidelines are that you have to request for housekeeping to clean your room. However, no one mentioned that until it was too late. I called at about 7:30pm because we had been gone all day and asked if they could come and clean the room & bring extra towels/toilet paper. Stay was ok, but nothing exciting. House keeping, never cleaned our room, did not replenish coffee or bottle water. Pool was too crowded, no social distancing, did not feel safe so we didn’t use. Resort was pretty, easy access, friendly staff.
