I would never stay there again, price was too high for what you get The hotel definitely needs updated, we had no wash cloths or hand towels, the bed looked like a 5 year old made them, tv didn’t work properly, very disappointed The staff were very busy but very professional

Fair They don't have clean towels, that was frustrating with no towels in my room, so we cannot take shower, that pist me off. They don't give us breakfast

Bad Registration person "Benjamin" rude as ever. I wanted a smoking room and the double booked my room. So they gave me "Upgraded" room, which was dirty and the wall had blood on it. I will never stay there again!!!! Nothing

Disappointing, the restaurants were slow, the food quality down too many unsafe people. The pool area was crowded with Mexicans and all there kids and family members. They accumulated all the chairs and lounge chairs, on there side of the shaded pool. No mask protection regarding covid19 or staying there 6 foot distance. We got up in the morning and decided to come home early. The room was clean, very comfortable beds and very quiet on the 23rd floor

Could've been better Didn't have elevator working at times. Didn't see anyone cleaning in high touch areas. Hallways were loud at 3am. Allowed people to get ice and only 2 towels per room. Breakfast good
