Bad Well after waiting in line for 45 minutes to check in at 3:00 pm ( their check in time) I was told my room was not ready, and was told to come back, I asked about coming back up to a CS person and was told I would have to wait in line again, came back in a hour - line was 3 times longer- waited 1 hour and 45 minutes more and they were going to tell me room still wasn’t ready but I told them, I wasn’t leaving till I got my room, she had to clear it with the supervisor on the floor ! Bathtub disgusting The bathtub was clogged with who knows how much hair and rubber i don’t understand how they clean and not notice that . Other then that it was okay stay
