Disappointing Elevators always broken. No table games. Was declined in my request to check out a day early. I started asking for this 2 days in advance of my check-in and when they finally responded to Booking.com (the night before I wanted to check out), they declined my request. Absolute garbage!! We have stayed at Tropicana with our five families for almost a decade (multiple times each summer) and we will not be staying there any longer. We will make other arrangements. Comfortable room.

Poor customer Service While boating came back to my luggage in the hall way, stuff stolen from my bags, and my room given away. All Tropicana did was upgrade to a suite, didn’t care that my belonging were left in the hallway by the maids. Tried calling the Risk Manager of Tropicana and they won’t return my call.

Used to be favorite place to stay, but will search for different place next time. Elevators shut down. Hour to check in which was second time like that. And for second time request conjoining and was denied. Told room were right across hall from each other and that was a lie too. It was very clean.

Bad The pillows were all Lumpy one of the restaurant that we went and was the cafe we ordered food by the time we got our food it was cold horrible they made his pay eighty bucks for food that we did not even eat or touch cuz it was cold the manager refused to help us and when we got a room there was no towels in there our neighbors got locked out their kids were running around banging on our door when I went down to talk to the manager again they refuse to help us
Wont stay there again. Everything else. price.
