Poor The long line and wait to take the elevators. The cafe and gift shop.

I won't be staying again. I feel ripped off I loved the staff everyone i encountered was extremely helpful and tried their best to accommodate us but unfortunately it was 4th of july weekend kind of packed. The AC wasn't working properly they had to change it out while my husband was sleeping. Shower pressure was really low. Like not good for a day of sand at the river. Hotel can use remodeling and upgrades on their rooms The room A/C was not working well and the shower water was not going down the drain to quickly and that housekeeping never came by to clean my room and that I had to wait a while for the elevator to go up and down to my room Near by fast foods and stores
Disappointing Floor plans not handicapped friendly. Long walk up inclines to reach elevators. Location was great. We absolutely enjoyed our day at Harrahs beach.
Uncomfortable and overpriced! All the food places weren’t open, overpriced, non working elevators - took me 30 min to get on elevator. Paid $455 for 2 night stay, I left second night and drove home. Uncomfortable bed. Easy parking

Bad I didn’t get the room promised and or paid for
I wouldn’t stay here again They only provided 2 towels for 4 people and one the towels was soiled. No fridge or microwave It was easy access to what we needed
