I woke every day with a headache! The rooms! Bed was sloppy no microwave or refrigerator very very small television. Pillows were really thin! The employees were really nice

Fair I like the property. I just felt that my room was not clean. There was garbage on the floor. The TV was on when I came into the room. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and it looked like whoever had just been staying. There had just left and they picked up a little. It was a last-minute overnight trip. I was just traveling to pick up family I wish I had taken pictures, but I was exhausted. I liked the location and all the amenities. I feel for a hotel that size the pool should’ve been a bit bigger.

Disappointing The refrigerator was missing, there was no microwave, and there was no place to plug in a phone charger without moving the bed. The room was clean and large, but I would not stay there again.

Overall hotel was decent but they need better service. I was charged extra to have connecting room because supposedly they didn’t have a double queen and king room that connected. So I agreed to the upgrade to both rooms being double queens but when I walked in the rooms it was exactly what I booked a double queen and a king room. So I’m not sure why I was charged extra. We also only got our rooms serviced once in the 3 days we stayed there, only because we had to repeatedly ask for towels and toiletries. Lastly there was no... read more

It’s okay but needs some upgrades. Everything is old and boring. Literally just a bed and tiny tv and they called it a day. No refrigerator. (Which I felt sad for my cousins they had their baby and needed to store milk for their daughter. (Should have been mentioned at the check in) The a/c was old. Probably would not stay here again Did not like that staff was not very attentive. Had a couple of issues with our room and it was very hard to get them on the phone and get service for our room. The location was nice.
