Disappointing
We will not be staying at this establishment again! First of all the room we got was nothing like the picture in the website. Everything was out dated! The room & bathroom were dirty. The bed was in need of a replacement, it was very uncomfortable. Me & my wife didn’t sleep very well. Overall the room needed a lot of TLC!!! There was a number of places to eat There.

It’s nice if you have kids because they can have fun but other than that I wouldn’t recommend There is no refrigerator, no microwave in any Rooms & the hotel doesn’t even provide toothbrushes . My soap in the shower wasn’t filled up . The scenery inside & the arcade even though I didn’t utilize it

Laughlin is fun but not for families The isolation of Laughlin, any road that takes you there is a lonely winding road of 30 miles without services or any type of security. You are on your own if anything or anyone intercepts you. Don't ever drive at night. The other problem is that on the 6th floor I had 135Kbps of internet, not even 1 MBps !!! You can't even send a text with that. I work remotely and it made it impossible. Glad I only stayed one night on my way to Arizona. The facilities, the Casino, are good.

Stressful. Unsettled grimy. The room was dirty. There were old crackers and a medicine bottle from the people who were in there before me. The towels had make up stains and the toilet had poop in it. Management didn’t seem too concerned when I expressed that these things were there. But, what do you expect from a little dirty place on the side of Bullhead city in Arizona? It was convenient and easy to book.

Bad Not very clean and poor service Rude staff , left door open after leaving toilet paper and towels . No emptying trash . Very sloppy and was hot in room .
