All about the money I didn't like the fact that they gave me a room for smoking and my shower had no pressure on the 21 floor. Plus the tub didn't drain. I didn't like the fact that I was supposed to pay $125 and my credit card was charged twice that amount with a deposit supposed to be refunded to me. I tried to cancel my second day stay on check in but they wouldn't accommodate that. I'm not sure but it's the worst experience I've had with booking.com and I'm a gold member with a lot of hotel travels under my name

The room should be better equipped. The coffee maker was inadequate. Not a single towel. Ease of location. I'm 89 yrs old.

Poor What I idid not like is that after 5 mins of checking in my partner and I coul not enjoy ourselves and have some intimate time because we were rudely interrupted by supposedly housekeeping but it was actually the security guard, when we did not open the door right away she said something in her walkie talkie then proceeded to still come in my room.
