Disappointing The room, The Food, the Alarm waking us up. We arrived on Friday and The Lady in Registration was not friendly or welcoming at all, then we went to our room and Notice our wall in the room had Chipped paint and Paint on floor, and There was a Bubble in the ceiling in the bathroom.The second night we were sleeping and at 12 till 1230 the Hotel Alarm went off for no reason. The Restaurant used to be good. Two years ago was the last time we were there and Before that we spent a few 4th of July Holidays there . Sad... read more

Poor Tout d'abord, l'entrée du parking est à l'extrême opposé de la réception, nous obligeant à traverser tout l'hôtel avec nos valises. La chambre était particulièrement poussiéreuse, pour ne pas dire sale ; une serviette humide était restée dans notre baignoire ; les draps étaient troués ; le lit abîmé ; et la lumière verte néon projetée par le bâtiment est insupportable (empêche de dormir) Le literie était très confortable, la chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain.

disappointed got 8 emails from hotel asked us if we wanted upgrade. We said yes. Also got fast check in at kiosk. room wasn't ready at 3, kiosk told us to go through line. Then got regular room called desk they said come down and they would fix it. came down after arguing about requesting upgrade . I showed email they said it wasn't confirmed but they had one available. I asked if you have it available why are you arguing just give it to me. Manager then found out it was smoking and we requested non smoking so was sent back ... read more

Very disappointing. Not worth the money. The bathroom in my hotel room was not cleaned. There was long black hair all over the bathroom”my hair is red” There was no toilet paper or towels in my room. When l called for toilet paper and towels nobody showed up. L had to call again a half hr later cause l had to use the restroom. The girl from the front counter brought up some toilet paper and said the house keepers were all on break. When l said something about the bathroom being dirty she was not l treated. I will NOT be staying here anymore The AC did not work we called twice and never got fixed. They upgraded us and guaranteed a “luxury” upgrade only thing upgraded was a mini fridge. They guaranteed a king room and they gave us double beds. AND they told us they weren’t going to charge us and they still did. The location
