Paid too much for lack of amenities No remote for tv in room.. Too many atms inoperable Sports book not open my whole stay.. kicks only but was forced to go to cashiers cage to cash a winning wager

Pleasant The valet was NOT available during the late hours when we arrived at the property. Also, the chicken tenders were burnt from the late night window and we had to go back down and order a burger to eat instead. Everything was so fancy and felt very welcoming. I especially enjoyed the tap key hotel door entry.

I felt like I went back in time. Somewhere in the mid 1970s. Everything. Smells horrible of smoke like re inhaling everyone’s breath, no ventilation. Room was duct taped in several spots. Old and run down. No gym. Only allowed one blanket per room?! Outrageous when we had two beds. Staff on phone was horrendously rude when I asked for extra blankets. The location was about 15 minutes from the tournament in bullhead so that was convenient however we will use air bnb next time.

Bad Booked a spa room. Upgraded to a "Promonade Tower room with no spa, a bed. Table and small chair, no working TV until repairman showed up at 11:30 pm after c a sling desk 3 times and guaunteed fix by the time we got back. WAS NOT FIX WHEN WE RETURNEF TO ROOM. Advise to stay elsewhere. Casino was nice, enjoyed playing there. Parking free and convient. The only 2 possible I found.

Below expectations for the cost to stay Our room smelled musty. The TV was smaller than any hotel we'd been to and it wasn't working properly. One bar of soap for sink, none for bathtub. My sister's room next to ours had a faulty heater, which, when repaired, made so much noise she couldn't sleep. Also, her bathroom flooded and they couldn't determine what had caused it to do so. I'd like to say we'd return, but I think we'll find another place to stay next time. Staff was friendly and accommodating
