Horrible The beds are so uncomfortable and the hotel now seems like a party place to stay! I come to relax not to hear all that noise! This was the worst experience staying here! Overall rooms here are ok beds are not comfortable at all my bed had a big deep sink hole! The floor I stayed in was so nosy! Elevator takes forever! I have been staying here and have always had a good experience but this time I didn’t get any rest I come to Laughlin to relax and get away from my busy life in California and this time around was the ... read more

Horrible. Starting from professionalism of the staff, to cleaning the rooms thoroughly, to the attention and the treatment of the paying guests. EVERYTHING NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. We’ve been staying here throughout the years and this was by far the worse experience at Tropicana. How are you going to charge a daily cleaning fee, but don’t clean the room?!?!? And why don’t you train the staff to let you know to request it? Service this time around was awful. Also, called 5 time to bring up coffee refill but they never brought it up... read more

Price was good, facility was okay, overall will not be staying here next year. Restroom had a broken toilet, inside the water tank the rubber stopper was broken, so we had to lift the lid and open the toiler tank to reset it. Also, we requested a room clean and it was never done, we were there for 5 days. AC was not as cold as I am use to. price for the time we were going to be there.

No comment Housekeeping was terrible. Staff didn't give me no information about are stay. Did even know they serve breakfast

Poor ROOM WAS HOT air conditioner did not work, and room was hot and got charged extra for changing towers as the tower I booked a lot of people were complaining about the rooms being HOT.
