Thankfully very short. Spending 30 minutes to check in at 11 pm. Two clerks available, one a trainee who didn't seem to care about working there, he kept laying on the desk, wasting time before helping the next customer. Too much paperwork being done in front of check in guests. Can the paperwork be done once you're done with the line? People cutting in line for "minor" issues, being helped, and then taking another 5-7 minutes to help them instead of the people in line. Rooms in need of a major dusting. They had my room. Horrible filthy old casino rooms smell like urine staff doesn’t care. Dirty too crowded wait times on elevator 2 hours to get to my room no stair access. Room smelled like urine. My moms hair got burned from the blow dryer catching on fire while she was using the one attached to the wall. Staff rude housekeeping never comes to clean unless you call and when you do they still don’t come. Horrible place to stay! Nothing

Fair Front desk experience was terrible. Room was supposed to be nonsmoking, but the beds smelled like smoke. Definitely would not recommend this place to my friends.

Very Poor Long lines just to get to the rooms. Rooms don't have any fridge to keep cold drinks. A/c didn't work in all the rooms. One person working the front Different activities to do but they close early because they are short staff. Pool closes early only for adults

Horrible front desk, horrible elevators, and wonderful security Air did not work at all, in 3 rooms. Front desk staff was horrible after check in. Security was amazing and very helpful, very friendly. Elevators were horrible line was over 1 hr long just to get to the elevator. 2 elevators didn’t even work out of 8. Ice machine, soft bed
