Felt sick to my stomach as soon as I tried to go to sleeep every night I asked if I would be able to switch my room to non smoking and I was told that no because their was no occupancy and I checked online and their were rooms available for reservation. My check in clerk was rude and too busy to even look for something to try to accommodate or upsell to me. I would not stay in Tropicana again. The valet guy was very nice and the room cleaning service.

Horrible hotel, horrible customer service, wonderful understanding security!! Front desk staff was very rude. Key got deactivated everything was locked in our room. Walked down stairs and she couldn't understand our id, shoes clothes all locked in the room. Told me she can't reply with out id. I went to security and they were so understanding and helpful, walked me to my room, calmed me down from being so upset, opened the door and we showed him our id Elevators were either broken down or took a long time to get on. Never staying at Tropicana again. The air conditioner didn’t work well, there was only 1 vale working and at a certain time there was none at all. The key cards to get into the room didn’t work so we would have to go get a new set or wait 30 to 45 min for security to come unlock our room. Close to the other hotels

Worst hotel ever!!! I don’t even know where to start but I guess. Can start with the Valet service we got there and there was only one girl doing valet and bell service she said everyone called off and they were short with staff. Then when we checked in the front desk clerk was so rude and had an attitude and didn’t give proper directions on how to get I get to our tower. Then the line to go up the elevator was a 20 to 30 min wait they only had 2 elevators working at a time it was madness then our room keys kept deactivating... read more

Cheaper Casino, Probably wouldn't stay here again unless they did some major updating and cleaning. Dirty, dated rooms in need of cleaning, repair and updating. This casino dose not have an off track betting location so we had to leave the casino to gamble. We ended up moving to better and cleaner casino across the street and taking a loss due to them charging us for nights we didn't stay here. Bad During check in I have to pay 30 dollars - secure fee, what could be return after check out. Its more like 2 week and this payment wasnt return yet. noone communicate with me why etc..

Not a good experience, pool closed early & didn’t open until 4 pm on another day, the jets on jacuzzi were broken fo Pools closed early on my arrival date-Sunday, Monday went down to the pool @ 5pm & pool closed @ 6pm, Tuesday pool didn’t open until 4pm, Wednesday pool was open but the water was freezing & the small pool was closed. I was there w/my 17 yr old daughter & 2 grandkids & our only plan was to be @ the pool are since we visit every year for the past 7 years.
