Overall I I was very disappointed. I’ve stayed here before but everything was so frustrating this time around. There’s no microwave or fridge in room and pool closes early my little ones didn’t get to enjoy it. The nightly fee for a mini fridge was ridiculous. I travel with small children and medication that needs to remain cold.

Won’t be staying here again. I will make sure my family and friends don’t book this place We didn’t get the room we paid for and they gave us the nasty dirtiest room and to top it off it was in the smoking floor and I had 3 kids with me ! Wow horrible Experience Disgusting dirty

It was amazing until the elevators went out and I was woken up with a fire alarm Out last night the elevators were completely shut down and had to carry all of our luggage with a large cooler 14 flights down stairs Is didn’t reek of cigarettes like other casinos do
