Disappointing experience My recent experience was really disappointing. When we got to our room, we found the sink was clogged and there were no towels. I tried calling reception several times for help, but each time they said to wait a bit and then never got back to us. Fed up with waiting, I went down to reception myself, only to face a long line and more delays in getting towels and fixing the sink. The problems didn't stop there. Stay at any of the other Hotel/ Casino Valet parking not available everyday. No refrigerator in luxury king room only available as an extra expense or room change.Non of which is explained on website. Furniture in room sticky. Restaurants not up to the standard of the other hotel casinos in lauglin
