Overall bad experince. The torn sheets. The lack of trying to get an elevator up and down. Had to wait 30 minutes for elevator to go down. The pool was over crowed. Stairs locked. Dirty window sills. At check in wanted to get two more added nights didn’t check into it. No soap for shower. Glad we didn’t stay extra nights do to all bad experience. Ask for room service did not handle our request.

Fine if you just need a bed and place to park The elevators were not consistently working. More security is needed. Rowdy guests pounding on my door at 1am terrifying my family and phone in hotel room didn’t work have a dial tone to call security quickly. Room keys didn’t work and took forever to wait in line at front desk to get new ones rekeyed after a long walk to the room and back. The property feels short staffed and late night food options no longer open during the night. Ample parking.

So disappointed with this stay. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am. Guests were all confused & out in the hallway not sure what to do. Alarm continued for over 15 minutes. Elevators to car garage parking stopped working. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Housekeeping never came to make up room. Dirty linens & trash were left in hallway. Bad I called front desk at 1:30AM can was kicking the door for almost 30min. I had to yell that I was calling the cops. The toilet doesn't work.in room. Good price.

Possible the worst hotel experience I ever had. Nothing, really. It was really bad overall. Terrible front desk experience. Bad view to the air-cons' fans on the top of the other building roof. Long queue at all elevators every time. Even during night hours. The front checking duty manager was really impolite and did not care about our claim about the closed pool.
