Poor Dirty, leaky faucets in bathroom, sink would not drain, Jacuzzi filthy. Overall very poorly maintained property Nothing

Fair Had to call several times to get room clean and they did not change the sheets when asked to

AVOID THIS PROPERTY... DUMP The Tropicana should not have this property listed under their brand name. It is no better than an old Motel 6. We stayed in the adult tower which was fine as far as no children. We originally had room 341 and the furniture was broken and the TV size was a the same as a computer monitor. There was no blanket on the bed just a thin double sheet and it was very old and dated. The bathroom was ancient and not very clean. The towels were hard as well. Over charged, horrible conditions The room has a very strong odor. The air conditioning doesn’t work, can’t cool the room. On top of that, we were charged $30 /night over the price from bookings.com which we need to contact bookings! Very bad experience.

Room You don't have thick blankets.They are very thin just like sheets only Big room

Horrible hotel! Everything was bad!! Elevator so slow. Took hr to. Get from car to registration. Then they charged me 50$ on top of 197$ I pd u!! Then air conditioning don’t work! Internet don’t work, bed and pillows are horrible’n
