Not a good time The place was overcrowded with a huge line to check-in and I had a lot of luggage that I struggled very badly to lug up a bunch of inclines to get to the tower. No staff offered to help me, and I didn't know at the time that there were bellboys that could've helped. The person who checked me in let two other customers distract him away from checking me in to help them, which was not only rude, but totally inconsiderate considering I had just waited fifteen minutes in line. Disappointing We had 5 rooms . The AC in our kids room wasn’t working for a few day. They ended up sleeping in my room.My room the sink kept getting clogged.Only 1thing .The cleaning ladies need to wipe down windows and wipe down the TV dresser.That’s full of dust and finger fri ts all over it. Room Service was amazing!

Poor Beds were comfortable other then that dirty shower was broken took long to fix the issue plus housekeeping never cleaned my room

Not that great Keys didn’t work properly, TV didn’t work, asked for restroom supplies didn’t get it till I called again

Very bad we will not stay at this hotel again We reserved a room that was non- smoking and they gave us a smoking room. I have a 2 year old. Then water in shower was so hot could not take a shower. We love Laughlin we come all the time
