Terrible We waited 3 hours because one of my 2 rooms that I booked was not ready ! When we finally did get our room it was dirty dust everywhere. Toilet ran slow carpet was filthy nothing was wiped down . Furniture old and outdated and they took forever to bring us new towels and toilet paper had to call 3 times . Restaurants in the Tropicana have terrible food and staff is rude. I will never stay here again . Nothing

Vive le départ. Rien. Chambre qui pue le tabac. Impossible de dormir dans ce bordel. Hyper déçu. Personnel de réception désagréable 🤔

Fair Er was geen internet op de kamer, ondanks iedere kamer wifi zou hebben. Aan de receptie gaven ze ons eerst een andere kamer die wel internet zou hebben maar ook deze bleek zonder wifi te zijn. Daarna moest ik bellen om het probleem op te lossen maar ook dat hielp niks. Er werd ook overal in het hotel gerookt ondanks we een kamer in een rookvrij gedeelde boekten. Zelfs in de lift werd er gerookt. Dat maakte het echt heel onaangenaam! De kamer was groot.

2.5 to 3 star hotel at best. Not a place for a good nights rest. Room could have been cleaner. Corners and ledges were not clean. Very noisy late night. Large group of kids running up and down the hallways and loud talking after midnight. Had to call security. Smoke alarm beeping woke me up in the middle of the night. Had to call maintenance. The room was comfortable. Casino was clean and modern.

it was okay no fridge in room no micro wave very bare bones for the price
