Fair Lack of attention to the situation at hand. Even though they chose not to assist in extending our stay. Nor sympatiize with the matter. I felt as if they thought i was lying ir trying to get an extra day without paying. Even though i did exactly what i was instructed to do by the front desk staff and managers. In the end we had to cut our trip short and leave. Will i return to the tropicana highly doubt it. Most of the staff was nice friendly and courteous, front desk staff wasnt so forth coming with customer service.

Very Poor The A/C wasn’t working the rooms were in a non smoking area and it smelled like cigarettes and the receptionist area needs to be more fast and efficient The hotel was in the center of everything

À fuir, malhonnête.. L’accueil, la propreté n’est pas parfaite, surtout la moquette. L’absence de frigo surtout lors d’un road trip. Et les majorations de prix injustifiées alors que j’avais payé via booking. L’hôtesse m’a débité 64$ a mon arrivée. Elle m’a dit qu’une partie était due et l’autre doit m’être remboursée. J’attends toujours et mes messages restent sans réponse..
