Not happy The elevators did not work well and fire alarm for the whole building, kept going off at 7 o’clock in the morning and we were told to stay put with no idea what was going on no clear instructions on what to do.. The bed and pillows

Avoid this hotel, you get what you pay for! The pictures misrepresent the actual conditions of the property. The carpets are disgusting, the beds are terrible, the tv is small, the whole place smells like cigarettes, the toilets and restrooms are old, and we didn’t get our room cleaned at all in the 4 days we were there. It took an hour to get fresh towels. The proximity to entertainment and the river.

Very Poor The only thing we did like was the service in casinos meaning food and play Horrible they knew I had four people in room only accessories for two and when called like told they didn’t service us
