Fair Our room was not as clean as should have been, not the Hotels fault but felt like I was visiting another country. Needs some repair, not all elevator’s we’re working on a busy day.

It was horrible . Well knowing it was a holiday weekend they did nothing to help the influx of people. The elevators were down . I walked 15 floors of stairs every day . That is ridiculous . I asked for room service for 3 days and never received it. Horrible I’m so done with this property! At this time nothing

It was okay I did enjoy myself in the casino. Our room had broken furniture and wasn’t replaced during our stay. My kids had to eat on the floor and almost hurt themselves on the broken chair upon our arrival. Decent room.

Could have been better, but I have had much worse. There was a screeching noise coming from the bathroom that sounded like the fan or the water but could not pin-point the source. Furniture is a bit outdated in comparison to other hotels. The elevators were BROKEN. Only about 1-2 elevators were operating at a time, causing a 20+ minute wait just to get from the main floor to my room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not sur Large red spot in front of the door, toilet paper underneath the bathroom counter. Sticky substance in the night stand. No alarm clock The water pressure was awesome!!
