Never again My key card would not open the room. I had to go three times to front desk. Finally had to wait for security to come and fix problem. Over an hour before I could get in room. Our friends AC in there room quit working. Long waits for elevators since some not working. Brew house restaurant understaffed and not even fully open on 4th of July. The employees were great, and doing the best they can in a poorly managed facility

It was ok The bathroom smelled pretty bad . The trash was not taken out before we checked in . There was trash on the floor . Location

Not a terrible hotel but could use some tweaking Long lines for check in Housekeeping took 2 hours to bring more towels Only 1 pool and 1 hour for 21+ at night 2 of 3 check in kiosk not working Long line for check in and 3 staff members Kiosk offered an upgrade, I paid for the upgrade and kiosk did not take upgrade. Jetted tub in the room 1.5 hours from home Comfortable bed

i was not what i was looking forward to a vacation, SAD everything from being put in the wrong room from telling me my credit card didn’t go through till i got there and i didt take it with me the room was filthy i was put in the wrong room and i paid extra EVERYTHING nothing

Fair Not very clean, elevators out of order, housekeeping inconsistent

Much better places to stay for the same price. Room was dirty, dirty ash stray, ashes on the window, around the floor and on the bed Filter was filthy and had to be replaced. I ended up leaving the hotel and will be working to get my money back. The location is good and staff are we’re trying to be helpfull
