Will not return to Tropicana as a choice to stay. 3 Fire Alarms 1@12:30 am lack of communication from staff w occupants on alarms preventing panic, we took the time to calm guests on the 6th floor, exits were locked during fire alarm…. not enough staff at front desk location and Bingo

Poor a/c & smell in the room room smelled so bad and room service did nothing. a/c did not work well in our room and they did not want to change us to a different room.

Just a ok experience. I wouldn’t mind staying there again though. I didn’t like that I never gotten any house cleaning service the entire stay. I also didn’t like that the tub kept getting clogged up while I took a shower so there was build up in the shower. Lastly the bed was horrible it wasn’t comfortable at all. Very stiff and not soft felt like it gave me back issues my very last night there. I liked the room, perfect location on the second floor close to everything didn’t have to go too far.

discussing the room was very dirty and toilet wouldn’t stop flushing all night the bed sheets were stained the table and drawers in the room stained as well

Didn't stay and would never attempt to again Everything They are rip offs and Booking.com stinks as well. I put I needed a room from the 16th to the 18th picked the Tropicana and booked it after I was CHARGED it then showed my booked dates and it was only for 1 night we needed 2 as I Cleary stated when looking. Not once before taking my money did it say this is only for 1 night we have nothing available for a 2 night stay as you requested. Pay more to get a better room, you get what you pay for Pool was too small for the size of the hotel, Always full to capacity, Poor room cooling a/c operated poorly, room was always very humid, Poor restroom ventilation

not great upon check in the keys we were given did not work. went back down received new keys which also did not work. a kind maid who seen us having a hard time called for help and we ended up waiting for all together about 2 hours before we were able to get proper keys and get in our room which caused us to be late to the plans we had previously made. also the sink was clogged but we did not even want to ask for help because we did not have time to wait around again for service. all the staff were very nice

Won’t be back Poor customer service, rooms weren’t clean, housekeeping always unavailable, had to call for clean towels and toilet paper. location and size of the pool
