the worst place to stay in Laughlin period ! avoid if possible they did not respect my reservation for my rooms put me in rooms that I didn’t reserve there customer service is the worst I have ever encountered on my travels told them specifically that we needed non smoking rooms which is what we reserved due to health issues both my daughter and I have asthma and they didn’t even care put us in smoking rooms with not enough beds I had to sleep on the floor and they didn’t care ruining my whole weekend plan because they kept ... read more

NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!! We booked a DELUX room and there was no fridge, microwave....it was a PLAIN room like a Motel 6....not worth the $165 we paid!!!! we went to the bar and my wife ordered a Strawberry Tini...first the bartender could not find the right vodka...then the ice cream was soup, i guess the cooler was broken...no coolers in the pool area... TOTAL DISPPOINTMENT!!! Hmmmmmmmmmm.....the room was dark for sleeping, they had blinds and shades...

dirty outdated room, never cleaned once in 4 night stay everything. have stayed here many times before but it has gone severely down hill. will never stay again! nothing! tired deco dirty rooms, stayed for 4 nights room not cleaned once, no fresh towels, key cards stopped working twice

last time staying there seems like all guests were in one tower, 10-15 minute wait for elevator was not uncommon clean

I wouldn’t stay here again. entire hotel was dirty including the room we stayed in and it smelled really bad.. like cigarettes and wet carpet, yuck! check in and out machines.. didn’t have to talk to any staff.
