I will never stay there again and will share that info with my family I was not able to walk the ramps and it was the only way to get to the rooms I checked out the next day due to the pain I was in I was not the only one having problems didn't any of your staff notice the elderly struggling to walk your ramps I still had to pay to check out early too.... Room was nice bed -nice, but, it was getting to the room RAMPS!

probably will not be staying here ever shower door didn't funnction. Floor reaked of smoke smell, yuck!

GENERAL MANAGER DID NOT FULFILL WHAT HE PROMISED WE PAID FOR 2 ROOMS, ONE OF THEM WAS DIRTY WITH LEFTOVERS OF FOOD AND WATER BOTTLES, THE OTHER ROOM WAS OCCUPIED BY OTHER PEOPLE, WE HAD TO WALK FROM THE PROMENADE TOWER TO THE RECEPTION 3 TIMES TO BE ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, FINALLY THE MANAGER SAID THAT HE WOULD GIVE US A DISCOUNT THAT HE NEVER DID. THEY NEED TO HIRE CAPABLE PEOPLE FREE PARKING

Get what you pay for The web mentioned renovated do not believe. They say non smoking untrue as always stink of smoke. Very old facility in the Promenade housing. Price was fair
