Disappointing cost more than booked price

Below average comfort. Bed too close to wall. Thin blankets. Need outlets and nightstand on both sides of beds. Room was run down. Food at Brew Brothers was awful and expensive. Undercooked pizza and brussel sprouts. Very skimpy drinks. Smoke tinged the air in public spaces to and from room. Room was quiet. Good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Very low cost of room.

I would not stay again when there are other hotels with a lower rate. Room outdated no safe or mini fridge for diabetic insulin. Was unable to turn shower on by myself was too hard to turn dial and bathtub drain was hard to close. Toilet is too low hard to get off if your older. The breakfast is always good.

Fair Overall cleanliness wasn’t good. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Brew pub onsite was good

Disappointing Everything in our room was broken or run down. The light above the bathtub was not secure and seemed to be hanging by a thread. The closet doors were broken the outlet was loose from the wall so the charger wouldn't stay plugged in. The floors in the bathroom had shoe prints on them that were not ours. It was so dirty behind the nightstand I didn't want to reach back there to plug in my phone. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The jacuzzi bathtub.

A hotel for smokers only! the whole place smell like cigarettes. Uncomfortable bed. We requested a non-smoking room and we got it however, the WHOLE promenade tower smells like cigarette it’s horrible! I felt suffocated the whole time! so if hates the smell please find someplace else because the non smoking room feels like it’s a smoke room. Also, the bed was really uncomfortable! I wouldn’t stay again I didn’t sleep properly. Location, parking, price.

Not really worth the money Rooms are in need of repair and updates. Furniture torn..not just stained..torn and obvious. Not enough sockets to plug anything into, as in one in bathroom and one at desk. Stains on bedclothes and tv did not work. No safe in room. Location was very good, parking was easy.
