Poor The room/bathroom were obviously not cleaned very well...there was a lot of hair from the previous guest all over the bathroom floor and shower 🤢 and there was a weird piece of plastic in the bed, under the sheets. We would not stay at the Tropicana again!! The gift shop and Carnegie's were awesome.

Disappointing Nothing don't ever want to come back to this hotel No hot water to take a shower or ironing board my clothes to get dressed that day had to switch rooms was a very inconvenience and time was lost
