Bright and clean casino, if they sorted out housekeeping and Internet, would stay again Resort fee was for Internet 2 devices- no Internet in room, told to ring a support number, coffee-disgusting mouldy coffee bag left in machine, and pool towels, so , expensive resort fees for 2 towels. Dirty towel left in bathroom, no housekeeping -weren't told at checkin, had to keep ringing up for clean towels, toiletries, complimentary waters Location across road from river, so not to far to walk, lots to do around area, casino very cl... read more

One night stay would be ok. convenient location! I hate to pay “resort fees” when I don’t use the pool area. The front d casino floor to cold and smokey the room was adequate, lots of dust in the vents. Not great when you have the ac on. I asked the cleaners for an extra towel and she was rude and told me to call the front desk.

Mediocre The long hike to the rooms not having room service not having room cleaned and restocked. There was only one place to eat what an unnecessary question.

Needs an upgrade The beds are old, soft and sunken in. The ac was not working and was leaking water all over the carpet. No safes in the room. Ironing board was broken. Bugs in the pool. The hot tub wasn't working. The cabanas were closed. Centrally located

Disappointing total scam is the new charge of resort fees to almost any hotel…. pretty soon you will probably see the same thing at roadside hotels just rename it a “highway fee” for higheay robbery interesting as they raise rates and add a “resort fee” the facilities get less cleaning and no room service on a regulr basis . 3 days and no room service…. that is tidiculous
