Bad I don't like the fact that they wake me up 9:00 in the morning asking me at wat time I was going to leave the room my first morning I rented for two nights that's pretty rude and an respectful cuz we didn't sleep the whole night so it was expecting to wake up late seems like you have no coordination I don't like the fact that they close the pool two days continually at 4:00 p.m. at the same time giving you the same excuse when the heat it was over 100 and all the people was trying to get relaxed we don't even have the ch... read more

Booking can delete my email address and stop sending promotions this is now the 2nd hotel we have st I have requested several times for booking to give me my money back! Bad The front desk clerk Kaylonee was very rude. Next time I decide to stay in a casino it will not be Tropicana. Due to the powerlines going out the rudeness of some employees were unnecessary. This place needs to be more prepared for situations like this. Treat customers with respect instead of like crap.

Expected much more from the name Tropicana. Crumbs on carpet, hair in shower, from previous guest. Also, lack of open restaurants; vending machines completely empty.
