I will never be staying here again they advertise newly removed rooms, when I walked in the rooms were still old and run down. first room was still dirty with hair all over the floor and chocolate finger marks smeared on counter. had to switch rooms, took a shower and the tub filled up to my ankles with dirty water.
I won’t be going back staff was kind of rude. room was dirty it looked like they didn’t vacuum the rug very much. hardly any wash cloths. I was very disappointed and it was the most expensive room on our trip not much

Bad housekeeping service. Had to call for Toilet paper and the toilet was backed up when I got to the room.
