Bad no wifi room dirty staff were rude to the bed had hair all over we asked for non smoke king and ended up with a room if smoke i will not be staying there or recommend anyone we left the net day and got a better room for a better price better service. its sad u make a trip and have to leave the hotel u booked with to go to another hotel nothing

read #3 story service we have always stayed at the Tropicana never had we had service like this day of check in just getting everyone checked in the reservations were all wrong and had to settle for what they had available after reserving months in advance , then on the floor to get a drink its like pulling teeth no one around and to get 2 old ladies 2 waters at the bar they wanted 10 dollars for 2 small waters cause i wasn't seated at a machine playing that's ridiculous so had to go to the gift shop and buy 2 waters and it ... read more
Bad dirty room the arcade was new
Disappointing
It’s just okey. It’s our first time to booked for Laughlin. Were expecting that it’s in riverside area. The second room that they gave me, was for my kids. Somehow, they gave me a room that is not clean. We have to call Front desk to tell them about the situation but every time they answered that I have to be on hold. We called 3 times. I got bored by waiting online, so I have to to to front desk and tell them what happened. They called Housekeeping right away. I asks the Housekeeper lady a favor. Very disappointing. Pretty much everything. Carnegie's Cafe was the best feature of the property.
