Bad Me entregaron un cuarto susio sin limpiar con la cama destendida las tuallas en el piso osea no lo avian limpiado vaje ala recepción me dieron otra abitacion y para el di que teniamos que salir alas 11 am me estaban tocando la puerta alas 9 de la mañana .. la segunda abitacion la cortina del baño olia a umedad estaba toda amarrilla no las limpian bien el agua no drena bien y se acomula mucho el agua ....en el (Valet parking ) el dia 22 de julio alas 6 de la tarde el servicio pésimo la persona que trabaja el segundo turno... read more

bathtub wouldnt drain, bugs in the hallways, more than half the elevators werent working, had to take the stairs down 10 not staying here again. ac is cold

Not a good deal Resort fee. Couldn't get the wifi to work ,staff did not help.sent us to some Tech support. Never got it to work . Hot tub inoperable . Asked a maid if we could exchange towels and she said our room was not one of hers. I could go on but I won't Location,

Not real clean and not enough staff Pool was packed germ issue for me, room did not feel clean, the line to check in was horrendous, overall not a great experience

i encountered several racist staff members NEAR STAYING THERE AGAIN They are due for a make over. I realize most of the hotels in Laughlin are but they claimed to have given us an upgrade option which we PAID for and it was far from an upgrade more do a downgrade. location is about it

horrible would not recommend speak twice to report that the bathroom in my room was not working and they did not fix it, it was so uncomfortable because my 2 children had to go to the casino bathroom or the pool bathroom, terrible service he served lousy
