Not a good experience it was a celebration weekend and we dreaded going back to the Tropicana. There was no daily room cleaning, was NOT advised before booking. No discount for that checkout, the restaurant experience was not good. The swimming pool was extremely crowded every day. It was very hot and the room was not cool at all....Overall, we were not happy or comfortable there. My sister chose this place to celebrate her birthday. We had to go to other casinos to enjoy it. hope to never have to stay there again housekeeping, customer service, charges for services not provided
Fair Wish we could have got fresh towels every day and if someone would have taken out the trash and Since we didn't have a shower curtain every time we took a shower the water space everywhere We have no shower curtains we have no housekeeping and the The bottom of the sink and the bathroom was dirty They said we had free Internet but it was just for one day and you had to pay $20 which I don't think is right

Horrible ! Everything. This was the worst experience I have ever had. First, I checked in and got my rooms. The key didn’t work to one room and the other room had not even been cleaned.there was ice in the sink, beds looked like people had still been layed on and trash in the trash cans. Went back down and gave us new rooms that we’re supposed to be their “newer rooms” looked same as the others. I was only able to get into one of my rooms as the other was having technical issues. Bad One of the rooms I rented was dirty and not cleaned up. All the towels were used and the bed was unmade with pillows on the ground. They were unable to grant my request of non smoking even thought I selected that at the time of booking. I had to argue because my sister is asthmatic.
