dirty. service at registration took hour and half in a warm room. my back hurt just standing. dirty dirty gross rooms. w dirty dirty registration took forever. hot.

It was ok Tropicana use to be my favorite casino hotel to stay out in Laughlin it's really run down now and alot of stuff closed. Location

Need fridgerators in Hotel Disliked that the hotel had no fridgerator in room and the ice maker in Hotel out of order. We luckily had an ice chest with us but no ice available in Hotel or in Laughlin liqour stores to buy we had to drive to Bullhead to purchase ice. An inconvenience to us & other visitors. Check-in was easy. The front desk ladies are very nice and friendly. There was an unexpected event the Latin Comedy Show which we attended and loved.

Half of the machines weren't working and on top of that the staff was vary rude from when we first got there till we left and the ice machines didn't work had to go 5 floors up just to find a working one and it wasn't a good stay at all definitely won't be going there again The rooms were clean and besides that nothing else

the rooms are really dirty tub was clogged furniture dirty and really high rate the room it is very dirty and old nothing
