Very Poor Not over booking your property, cleaning regularly Lines to get on elevator was out the back door and the pool was extremely crowded and gross, check in process was awful. The hotel was overbooked and unpleasant. The crowded lines to use the elevator was the tipping point my husband was so upset that the hotel staff would over book and expect everyone to wait in those grueling lines. Not happy with our stay Booked a room for queen beds and got full size beds. Had to call housekeeping 4 times for towels. Got only 2 towels in the room for guest if 4 & no bath rug. Took housekeeping an hour to deliver 3 towels but only brought 2 towels. Went swimming and had to leave by 8 for adults only . My kids basically air dried waiting on the clean towels after showering. We finally ended up sharing the 1 clean towel we had. We Missed the fireworks due to waiting on the towels. We went to Laughlin to watch the firewor... read more
