Ok The rude staff cleaning pool lady who profiled me and my family because of our tattoos which little did she know in a famous tattoo artist and rapper got my kids pizza to eat at the pool day before no issues she Tryed to kick us out for having food in a doggy box I was t gonna eat yet she was very rude to my mother who had her service dog said she wasn’t aloud in the pool area with the service dog just a everyday Karen will not be back because of her The pool and casino

Probably look for a different hotel next time due to the response of the reservation and check in s I didn't like that our room was filthy. There was something splattered on the bathroom door, I tried to clean it but it was left for so long it was part of the door. The in room coffee pot was gross. The fire sprinkler in the ceiling in the bathroom wasn't covered by the thing that should be around it covering the hole/excess empty space going up into the ceiling it was creepy for it to be uncovered. Poor
By the end of our visit we felt like we had a much better experience at the Days Inn. We were given a "Smoking room" when we had reserved a "Non-Smoking". We had asked for an extra mat or something to lay on the floor and were told no. AC wasn't cold. We expected a totally different experience being that it was the Tropicana. The staff was really friendly.
Fair The pool closed twice. People who cleaned my room stole $40 casino voucher. The outside lights was very active. The area was nice.
It was ok.......will never stay again. Next time I come I'll pay more for a more modern room. Rooms severely need an update. It was like going back to the 80's. Furniture to the small tv really just not acceptable. Everything was old and out of date.
Disappointing
The staff was nice but this place sucks. The fact that everything we left the room we had to go down to the front desk to get the keys duplicated. The first night, we unpacked got dressed to go to an event and the door wouldn't lock Had to wait to see if they could fix it. It couldn't be fixed we had to repack and switch rooms. Was extremely late to our event. Then I trip continued to get interrupted by have to get duplicate keys.
