Booked for 2 nights, stayed for 1 because the room was warm, dirty and the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Everything was old & outdated check In was simple

Fair The toilet in my room ran all night long. And the rooms dont specify if it is a tub or standing shower It was convenient
Poor No wait staff scheduled, or even employed. Long waits for any type of service. When requesting house keeping for maid service, they say they will Have your room clean, than when you return its not done. You call down to ask why and they tell you they have no maids working. Just a real bad place to stay when paying for a service. I could have stayed home and done all my own cleaning and food prep. It was close to everything

Never again Only 2 persons working at the front desk , one helping guest to check in and the other one answering the phone. Wanted 1 hour on line. Requested extra blankets and never received it. Very small pool, no ice buckets… rooms entry doors extremely heavy.
we made the best of it but I will never stay here again A/C was not good we were so hot in our room the entire 4 days we were there no cleaning service came to take out trash or bring towels I had to do it myself no small refrigerator for drinks and the pool closed at 8 so 31 and older could come in also no kids were allowed in the jacuzzi location

Wouldn't stay here again Leaving the elevators were so packed it took 10 min to even get on one due to so many people leaving at same time , the pool you can't even get a spot unless you go at 10 am , there were 20 kids in the jacuzzi, we wanted to stay here for the pool and we didn't even get to go in it. Food selection isn't so great The rooms are nice and beds are comfy
