Respeten las reservaciones, por eso se reserva con anticipacion Pocas toallas, pocos shampoo y no tenia ni refrigerador y no respetaron mi reservación nos dieron otra Estaba limpio y centrico
Only tolerated because I didn't want to lose my money. Horrible customer service. Sasha at front desk started a fight and slammed the phone down on me. Called back and got hung up on 7 times. Eventually got through because someone different answered the phone. I asked for a manager and was told I'd get a call back. Security showed up to my room five hours later to respond to my call. I didn't ask for security. I asked for a manager. A manager NEVER followed up. Kids enjoyed the window in the elevator.

I am very disappointed. I was humiliated couple times by staff members since day one by security,pool staff everyone had different opinions on rules and you tried to follow one then another came and changed it and caused slot of confusion took us 2 hours to get settled in pool area because of different rules.Everyone needs to be on same page so customers can enjoy their stay not spending time talking to managers property is good overall staff needs to retrained on how to treat customers

wont be staying here again lobby reeked of cigarettes also hallways rooms smelled of tobacco even in the "nonsmoke" rooms.
