Genuinely nice staff but housekeeping & room care was terrible. my room was dirty & the couch was ripped & no tv controller & the ceiling was dirty. beautiful view

would not recommend! the property has not yet returned my security deposit and it’s been 4 WEEKS !! I’ve been trying to reach someone at the front desk but they continue to send me to a foreign call center . do not stay here !
Bad Any of workers very rude We had no air conditioner in our first room made more then enough calls to front desk but was never taken care of till 9 am next morining

We stay there all the time. Won’t stay there again. The room was terrible. We had to switch rooms at 4am because of a sewage backup in the bathroom sink. It was awful. Not to many places to eat during the week, everything closed at 8pm. They charge a 13.50 dollar resort fee for daily stay. This is no resort. The location from the casino to the hotel elevator
