Fair that house keeping never came when we needed clean towels the restaurant wasn’t good been going every year was hoping for a better discount and a room view and ac didn’t work nor we didn’t have a refrigerator

Fair The sheets were dirty, the toilet paper looked like feces we're on the first layer and the wall had splatter or food above the bathroom mirror above the coffee machine, food particle were on the wall behind the television. It wasn't like this in the past. Plus we had to contact housekeeping because they would not stop by automatically and we were there for 4 days. Fair no refrigerator in the room
Fair The venue is out dated The gal at check in was attentive & friendly funny. There was a young man who helped us with additional towels and tissues who also helped later in the evening with bussing tables during concert - very friendly and attentive
Was very disappointed room was bear had nothing little essentials literally bare minimal tiny tiny fridge stain sheets s rooms where nothing! they didnt have anything! supposed to have gotten a deluxe room but the room didn’t even have a microwave let alone anything deluxe about it convenient
Fair The check in process was atrocious. The kiosk check in didn’t work. We stood in line for 55 minutes trying to check in. Comfortable and clean
Very bad Didn't know we had to ask for housekeeping. Our room never got clean in 4 days we had to ask for towels bed never got done!!! The bed was comfortable.
